It's a party-sized premix that's packed with the tastes of a festive period, which makes it perfect for your festive gathering. Any leftover syrup you can use for morning drinks, sweets, or to make additional servings of this cocktail.
Bikini Recipe
Serves 10 people
Ingredients for the Clementine Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
Ingredients for the Premix (yields 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish

Making the Cordial: Place the listed components in a pot, bring to a light boil, agitating so the sugar melts. After that, remove from the stove and let it to reach room temperature completely. Transfer into an clean bottle, cap it keeping it in the fridge, where it will keep for around four weeks.
Preparing the Premix: Combine every liquids in a sizeable container, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then filter it , ideally through muslin, so it's completely strained.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of your premix into your stirring glass containing ice, and stir lightly for about 60 seconds to chill. Pour to a cold coupe glass or similar, garnish with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a quick spritz with the mandarin essence over the drink.
